Surely, you can ask someone in the organization about this. I would phrase it as your wanting to position the paper to meet their specific needs, ergo, you'll need to know what it is -- specifically -- that they're trying to evaluate.

As to the subject matter, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by social justice. Would recommend that your writing sample be based on something about which you feel strongly. Duh! Food for thought, that may elicit a response and lead to a subject: What is it that first attracted you to the organization? "In an ideal world..." Anyone iconic within the organization? Ethics vs the law, etc. What exactly does a researcher do for this kind of org? Can you discuss the challenge involved in the research and/or its analysis?

Hope some of this makes sense!

If the e book is fiction and also you're a first time author, it gained't artwork. when you've a shown song record (countless books revealed), you are able to promote a unique on the capacity of the first 3 chapters and the synopsis. First time writers are too a lot of a probability for publishers. How do they recognize you'll end writing it? How do they recognize it's going to be any good?
