Yes you could take almost any analgesic to help with the pain.

I would recommend against taking excessive amounts of Acetominophen or ibuprorfen because these two analgesics at high levels can damage your liver.

I'm assuming there is a reason you are asking this in the "alternative medicine" area, so will not suggest drugs like everyone else has!

Why not take some water - a hangover is just your body telling you that you are CRITICALLY dehydrated. The ONLY way to resolve that is to rehydrate yourself, the quicker the better.

DO NOT use sodas, juices etc as these contain all sorts of other nasties and can actually make things worse. Instead drink a few glasses of fresh water right away and keep sipping it for the rest of the day. If you are not drinking AT LEAST 8 glasses of water a day you are chronically dehydrated and need to drink more.

You really shouldn't because your liver is already dealing with the affects of alcohol and acetaminophen adds to the stress. Try alleve or Motrin but not on an empty tummy. Good Luck>

I would not recommend it. I know of a man who had liver damage because of a Tylenol and alcohol combination. I would use something else. Why chance it?

Yes, if you haven't drank for several hours, and you've eaten something. Don't take on an empty stomach.
