need to fly from Hanoi to Saigon on 22nd feb in order to fly home to Austalia. Will any tours be available this time of year? Any recommendations will be grateful

definitely book, it's a very busy travel time. one recommendation would be to find a viet in australia and ask them what travel agency they use. my viet owned travel agency is about half price of the deals i see on the web. i'd give you the name but i'm in the states. have a great time! chuc mung nam moi!

February is busy time in Vietnam due to the Tet Holiday, as you well know. Therefore, I would recommend your booking your flight from Hanoi to Saigon ASAP and your accommodations as well.
There are normally 8 flights daily by Vietnam Airlines and 7 more by Pacific Airlines with the latter being less expensive.

Anyone traveling in Vietnam over the Tet season should book all the travel needs well in advance!
Domestic flights, trains and hotels are all extremely busy, so get in early.
