I don't see why people can't give Brady and company any credit? You know what! I may seem like a Patriots fan but I'm not! I'm a Colts fan! And all those years that Manning lost in New England was awful! But I have come to the conclusion that The Pats Where a better team back then! Bottom line! It still to this day disturbs me about how teams like the Pats or the Colts can win Big games and get absolutely no respect! Lets just face it fellas! No team wins the Super Bowl every single year! These quarterbacks that will be facing off are the 2 best QBs in the league! I am excited but I'm not gonna bet on either team! it will be an interesting game! And I do want Manning and the Colts to pull it off! What happened before is history! They gotta win this game!

Uhhhh? Get over what? Did I say anything negative about your team? That was uncalled for! Get over something that does not exist? I have no bitterness towards the Patriots oganization. So there!

Thank you for giving the Patriots their props. The two best teams in the AFC will square off Sunday. The Patriots will not play the way they did against the Dolphins in Miami and the Colts will not play the way they did against the Jaguars in Jacksonville. It stands to be as tight as the two games played Sunday. I will be at the neighbor's house drinking Sam Adams and cheering for the Patriots and trying not to sound like a Yankee fan with empty dynasty talk. Dynasty was a soap opera in the 80s.

I'm not sure who doesn't give the Patriots respect. I see you're a Colts fan and if that means you're from Indy, which I am (although I'm a die-hard Bears fan), your world view is a little skewed by rabid Colts fans. New England and Brady walk in rarefied air. People around here just hate Brady because he's beat them time and time again. Brady is already an absolute legend. If you don't think he gets respect, look at the rest of these boards. The Pats are heavily favored by the masses even though I would say the cards are stacked against them (they are away and their kicker is Gostkowski, the guy on the other side is pretty good in big games).

The Pats have always had my respect and so has Brady. But today's game I was more impressed with the Pat's D than Brady's performance. There D held the Chargers high powered offense when they had to and in turn pulling out a win. Next weeks match up should be a good one but if Brady shows up and plays like he can and their D plays like they did today then they should be playing for another Superbowl.

I'm not giving Brady that much credit. First, I want the offensive line coach with the Cowboys. That line gives Brady the biggest pocket EVER. He just sits back there without a care in the world to pick and chose receivers. Second, if it wasn't for Vinateri Brady and Pats probably wouldn't have won anything. Third, the refs tend to always give them the favorable calls. The unsportsman like penalty today against Chargers was the worst.
Basically they are overrated, and would have gotten crushed by past champs (Cowboys, 49ers, ).

History repeats itself........That includes sports history.......You're right about "they gotta win this game" because if they don't they'll never make it the SuperBowl.........Patriots are SuperBowl Champs over and over and the Colts aren't so I'm with you as to why the Pats and Brady don't get the respect they not only deserve but worked hard to earn........
I also agree it's going to be an interesting game........I wouldn't make a bet on this game with someone's else's money......It really could go either way...........Dallas Cowboys (pardon me for mentioning them, please) are my team but I do like the Pats a lot........I'm hoping they win this one and return again to the SuperBowl but it sure isn't death and taxes that they will........CAT

I was never anti Patriots but last night they lost respect with their antics
I can understand most think the way they do, but is old school fans who watched football since their childhood in the 70's , many things have changed
winners didn't taunt and tease flags were thrown for un sportsmen like conduct, this I want a be a thug thing or I'm entitled to my 15 minutes of fame wasn't tolerated (like the reality tv show culture of today)
even bling bling wasn't allowed to be worn
their talent and the final score was enough to let every one know they won , they don't have to cheapen it

How undesirable is Buffalo whilst your speaking approximately working up the score with 9 minutes to pass in the third quarter. there is 24 minutes of soccer left, subsequently the patriots can do in spite of the hell they want.... And or Buffalo followers.......did not the expenses have like a 35 factor 2nd 0.5 comeback against houston in the playoffs in the ninety's.......oh & with a backup quarterback too......Play some damn protection in case you do not basically like the score.

The Patriots are respected by most fans.
I just think this is the year that the Saints will win the Super Bowl.
