this boy in my class that i like has been my friend for about 1 1/2 years now, i just realized that i liked him and he's been staring at me a lot lately and we've been flirting: subconsciously flirting for me and i didn't know i was until some boys said to him, "Stop flirting with her." i was sooo emberessed but they didn't say ANYTHING to me. not that day, nor any time after that. we've done this numerous times and i don't know if i should tell him that i like him or not. help?!

Honey, you need to drag out that flirting for as long as you can because that's the good stuff. Catching him staring at you...that's exciting and romantic. Stare at him when he's not looking and let him catch you staring sometimes. Flirt and flirt until it leads to some awesome and highly intense romantic moment where you just have the most passionate kiss and then you can start the relationship if it feels right from that point. You're young...why rush ? Don't force the matter. Enjoy the flirting and the moments that lead up to the final moment of surrender. Doesn't that sound good ??

Just approch him directly and ask him. That is the only way you will get a surefire and straight answer. Don't be embarrased. You don't even know if he like's you for sure yet. Just ask him politely and take it from there, but don't feel like you have to be pulled into a relationship because of someone's flirting.

if your really good friends, ask him out...to a movie or something.. if not, you can do the whole ask your friend to ask his friend to ask him if he likes you as more than a friend. But beware.. thats how rumors get started...
