I believe ghosts are not alive anymore. They are merely (from Harry Potter 6) "imprints of the dead", or something that the living left behind when they haven't realized they are already dead or they have "unfinished business". Ghosts are even categorized into many types, like the destructives or violent ones, called poltergeist. Some people with "third eye" also claim that ghosts are everywhere though we can't see them. It's like living in the same place in a different dimension.

Ghosts, or spirits? When you say alive, do you mean, considered living, or do you mean, are they real? Ghost, nor spirits, are actually "alive"
though they are real, its just that not all people can see them.

ur question may not be correct but i understood ur meaning.
see whenever there is a +ve there is always a -ve.if u belive in god then there is a ghost also.if u watch axn u can see the program THE WORLD'S MOST SCARIEST PLACES . THERE ARE GHOSTS BUT THEY ARE NOT ALIVE.

ghosts are present but have faith in god nothing can do anything to you .cuz the time lucifer betrayed god ghosts became real.when a person is murdered or commits suicide he/she becomes a spirit wandering without knowing what to do.but
when the time of death fixed by god nears without any problemmhe will straight away go to hell.if you are interested in them log on to ghosts sites and seek information .i think you need to know more about god then...........................!

By definition, A ghost would be a demon and its still dead but a spirit. a bad spirit that you wouldnt want to be around even it does come from your ouija board and claim to be your granny flora.
