I suppose you are asking what will happen if the entire Indian nation stops voting in Indian elections. Well, the braves and squaws running the show would continue running the show. Or they would have no Indian tribal government.
Why do they need a tribal government anyway? Aren't they Americans? Why do Indians need special treatment anyway? With their very own casinos while white, black, or asian people can't have their own?
In my opinion, if Indians want to be tribal then they should NOT be allowed to have cars or electricity or gas. They should have to live in teepees or longhouses as they choose and hunt for their food.

That is not going to happen but if good people do not vote then, you will have wrong people, and vote purchaser only getting the vote that they do not deserve, and they will get in the office.
