My boyfriend was beat up at a young age and kicked over and over in his testicles. Now we've been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months and nothing's happening. I have a child from a previous engagement and I was even on the pill at the time of conception. He has it in his head that he can't get me pregant. Is is possible that he has 0 sperm? Or maybe just a low sperm count and then maybe we have other options/ways of getting me pregnant. He doesn't want to go to the doctor and find out that he's unable to have kids.

Yes there could be a chance ..If he don't want to go to the doctor there is a test you can buy over the counter at a drug store to test for sperm count..

It is possible that he cant have children if his testicles were hurt that badly. You can buy a test from the drug store where pregnancy test are located to test his sperm. My boyfriend (now boyfriend) hadnt been trying to conceive but we weren't preventing it either and i didn't get pregnant for almost 3 years. It just takes time. GOOD LUCK!

yes it does. trauma can cause damage to the testes. you better tell your boyfriend to have a sperm analysis done to check if he produces enough sperm.. the normal sperm count should be around 40-80 million and if he had any history of trauma, there might be something wrong with the organs that produce sperms..
also, you might wanna have sex on days that your fertile. better check with your obgyn..
consulting with a doctor is still the best way..

It is possible that he has some damage or scar tissue in his testicles from the attack. The only way to know for sure though is for him to be checked by a doctor.

Give it a year while working with your OB. They won't do any testing on you or your boyfriend until after then.
