there is a guy who likes to pick on me by pulling my hair, trying to color it and he likes to punch me and go hey and start laughing! and doing other stuff some people think he is gay but i like him but i dont know if he likes me but i want him to stop picking on me. what can i do to make him stop.

it sounds like he's being a classic guy who likes a girl but doesn't want to say it.
Most guys who pick on a girl like the girl.

He is probably very insecure about himself and thinks that the only way you will take notice of him is by him annoying you. Ask him very nicely if he would like to take you out on a date, if he says yes, then while you are on this date tell him, very nicely, that you would appreciate it if he would not pull your hair and punch you, and if he will stop doing these things to you that you might consider a second date with him.

He is doing both! He's flirting with you in his own way...probably too shy to show how he feels. Basically he is being a guy.

he is flirting but afraid to say it. he doesnt know how to. start talking to him. his personality just needs you to talk to him and give him attention. he just cant ask.
