hi hallo,the reason is youth is sleeping and the govt is under the hand of old hands,u can see before independese bhagat singh a revolutioner who change the situaation.and this is the time also to finish the crime.people are required like bhagat singh who belive in current action.u can see how govt is liberal to give punishment to the criminal.so in my opinion i f youth will come up than problem will be solve.but the youth is going behind western culture.if we accept our culture again than we can control crime.

Frankly speaking, we can dream but can not change. There is so much corruption in the corridors of power, it will let this world change.
What you can is to avoid trouble as much as you can. If you face a situation, then fight. Do not give up like cowards.
