He always looks so scared and shy and like a "deer in headlights." He is also not that strong physically and does not command respect from his teammates and many of his passes are inaccurate and he is afraid to get hit by the defense. I don't think he will get much better, if at all.

i don't agree, i think that he is still young enough and will learn from his veteran temates, although he does look scared. I also think that his brother peyton is always afraid to get hit, and for someone who weighs 235lbs., he goes down very fast. Maybe it runs in the family. Peyton has always had the team and the coach. Maybe eli needs a better organization, because coughlin sucks.
