Here are some of the things that have just happened in the last few years:
The Gulls amass the best record in the ECHL and get swept in the first round of the playoffs by Alaska
The chargers lose in the wildcard round of the playoffs to the sucky Jets on a missed field goal
The padres get swept in the first round of the playoffs by the Cardinals
The Gulls go out of business
The Padres lose 3-1 in the playoffs to the same team as the year before, the Cardinals
The Chargers have the best record in the NFL and lose to the Patriots at home after several bad play choices and stupid penalties, and yet again, a missed field goal.

big time
but the fans celabrate over dumb stuff
like making the playoffs
dont get me wrong i like all of our teams(except usd basketball) and it seems we do way too much and we are never in the championship
plus i think we are cursed

It happens.
However, as for the Chargers, you can blame Marty Shittenheimer. He's got a playoff cloud that hangs over him like a cloak. At least it wasn't Denver that did him in for once.
San Diego will break through one day. It's only a matter of time, which will make it all the sweeter...
That, and it's 75 degrees and perfect outside in January...

Yeah...disgusting. How can a team be like only FIFTH best in the entire NFL.....I say you go burn down the whole stinkin' town!!!!!
