I am done with it. I am finally ready to quit smoking. I want to go with the patch. I was at walgreens to check out the prices. They had the CQ brand and walgreens brand. Is one better than the other or are they pretty much the same?

if i feel the need to hold something while on the patch, i plan on getting on the treadmill or going for a walk.

The ingredients are pretty much the same. And i can tell you from experience that they will help you a lot. only problem i had was keeping them on. they don't stick real well but if it's a problem you can use tape to keep it on.

Don't buy the patch. The patch is a prop to give support. Since you already have set your mind on holding something for fear the patch won't work-- the patch will be a waste on money. I suggest for every cigarette you force between your lips, step on and crush 5 cigarettes. Then take two puffs and crush the one you are smoking. For every pack of cigarettes, you will crush 20. Buy another pack, think of the taxes you are paying. The money goes into the politicians pockets. They tell you it's returned to you for roads, schools, and they have short arms.....
You can waste your money just as good as they do. However, you can save what they don't get their hands on.---In a few days you will have stopped smoking.

If you think you will have a problem with the holding on to something, try the nicotrol inhalers. It is like smoking but just getting the nicotine..No smoke.
