Yes , the wierdest one happened to me in Alaska, I was waiting in line to get into a club when I found myself standing next to a girl I had gone to grade and high school.

It happens more often than you would think to me. I live in an area filled with farmers and small towns, so we see at least five people we know every time we so much as go to Wal-Mart. It sounds a little odd to me to not run into someone you know, but I guess that is just because of my experiences with it.

Yeah all the time.. the strangest thing.. I moved to D.C. and I am from ATL.. and since moving I have run into at least 10 people that I know from college and hs.

it just reminds us that it is a small world after all.

Lots of times. nothing weird about. Kind of nice running into friends, collegues & neighbors. Try running into a neighbor at the same vacation spot with out planning to!

If he's one of your friends, why would that be weird? It's kinda fun to run into friends randomly. But yeah I guess occassionally it can be awkward. But usually it's fun to just say hi and talk for a minute.

I ran into my brother, Jake at the 30th reunion of the Saint Helen of the Blessed Shroud Orphanage in Calumet City. At least I thought it was him.

Turns out it was just some jerk with a black hat, RayBans and sideburns. Go figure!

Yes... I find it annoying when I run into someone like a professional colleague or teacher, since you aren't used to seeing them act casually and you don't know how to act in a casual setting around them.
