what is the salary range for s.w.a.t team?

for example...how much do they get paid and what is the education that has to be required to join the s.w.a.t team?

salary is roughly $70,000 a year as far as education well, i'm pretty sure they prefer if you have a military background but i'm not sure about anything else.

SWAT (special weapons and tactics) is a department of the police. So you would most likely have to go to the police academy and then too whatever requirements are required to be a police officer. I think then after this you can move up through different departments after a probation period. The wage and education range would very state to state.
