Considering that a ferrets normal food source in the wild is rabbits, ground hogs, and prarie dogs, definately the ferret.

Ferrets are natural carnivores, and low and behold, gerbils and hamsters are herbivores! So... naturally, a ferrets sharp teeth and size would rule over the little rodents.

gerbil and hamster would not stand a chance, if you have seen ferrets play you'd know!
