well no month has 5 FULL weeks...but most of them have 3 weeks and then 2 weeks with only a couple days in them

Since this is the pregnancy section i'm going to assume you mean how they break up the months/weeks
1st month: 0-6 weeks 2nd month: 6-10 weeks
3rd month: 10-14 weeks 4th month: 14-19 weeks
5th month: 19-24 weeks 6th month: 24-28 weeks
7th month: 28-32 weeks 8th month: 32-36 weeks
9th month: 36-40 weeks

The average # of weeks per month is 4.5. This is how you get 40 weeks of pregnancy out of 9 months.
