Well I've seen some girls have an adams apple but doesnt stick out as much as the guys. But we do have a throat & bones in our neck so do we have an "Eve's apple"???

The Adam's apple is a bulge in the larynx, or voice box, made of cartilage.
The thyroid cartilage is usually about the same size in both girls and boys until puberty, at which point the area gets bigger in some guys, and thus is more noticeable. While not exactly common, some women do experience an enlargement of their thyroid cartilage as well, giving the appearance of an Adam's apple.

Yeah, I think ur right - it's an "eve's apple". (unless ur a POST-op TV. Then u get 2 keep ur Adams apple, & thats what those female hormones dont work on. & if thats the case, Y'all should remember, if u went thru w/it & had 'em cut it ALL off, u may hafta remember to talk in ur "high" voice, but dammit, u dont hafta keep that lisp. Real women dont usually have that!)

Everyone has an adam's apple. They are just enlarged in men due to testosterone.

I believe it can happen when female has more hormones that male usually have. It is somewhat common I think. Uncommon would be a man with ovaries or something like that.

i have seen several girls with adams apples and they are not ugly and they are not so big/ my husbands sister has one...she is not a man...its not big...either.....so yes they can....
