The primary difficulty on YouTube is the volume of stuff that's uploaded. You have to have something that's currently one of the popular searches and then make yours interesting to view. Britney Spears is always being searched on, so if you're a singer, you might name yours something like "better than Britney and not nude." When people do the search on "nude Britney", yours will pop up.

if you produce a video that enough people watch, youtube should pay you for every hundred depending on your amount of views.
