me but then the cats refuse to wear pants...they have this little nudist thing going on plus it kinks up their tails..

you mean who's the decision maker and the head of the family right? In a paternal community where i belong..of course it would be the father..but i know some places where its the other way around..but basically the one in-charge is the one earning and taking care of the family..
