Wally, where are you!?

For those not in the know, Wally is Waldo. We Americans call him Waldo, while in Australia and U.K., he's Wally.
As for where he is, I know he was at Mardi Gras in New Orleans a couple years ago. If anyone finds him, tell him I'm still waiting for my $3.50!

Wally is also Waldo...they change the name in the States from Wally to Waldo...
He always hides in the most obvious place....
