Most keyboard will let you pry off each individual key, but don't forget the positions. Just dont remove the Shift buttons, those have a little spring on it, the others don't. The key buttons simply snap onto a little thing with a push button inside it. The buttons basically just push the button behind it. Soak them in some warm soapy water, rub them a little with your fingers, dry and put them back on. If they started changing keyboards around again, and if the buttons don't pry off easily, then take a washcloth and put a drop of dishwashing liquid, get it very little bit sudsy and warm, wring it out. Take a butter knife and use it to push the wash cloth along the sides of each keypads, time consuming but it does work, I've done both methods before.

Once you get the stickiness out, how you going to explain the keyboard not working properly? Just come clean and own up to it, it's a part of growing up. Might as well learn now. Good luck.

take the keys off, wash it with soap and water, then put it on used newspapers under shade (not directly with the sunlight) untill they dry.
for the electronics panel pad,
use wet cloth to wipe it (slowly and do not press too hard -- just to neutralize the sticky sugar) and dry it with another soft dry cloth, then use hair dryer until it dry (better wait about a day to make sure)
then you can start to rebuilt the keyboard
:)

Wash it. Put it under warm running water and let the water clean out the soda. It may not work, but keyboards are cheap, so if it doesn't work, buy a new one.

Use rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip (wet). It should dry it out in a hurry.
Good Luck
Turn it over and tap it on the back to try to get all the liquid out of it. Put a towel under it to draw out the liquid.

Put some white vinegar on a rag and wipe the area. Do not use the keyboard until it dries out.

Let it dry overnight and see later if the keyboard will work and if not you may have to buy a new one.
