You don't have any outlets in your bedroom? What do you plug your alarm clock into?
If you're talking about a cable TV jack, that's easy. Install a signal splitter where the cable comes into the house and run a second cable to your bedroom. Find a convenient location and install a cable TV jack in the wall or just run the cable up through the floor.

You have very little choice in the matter. Y can go to your favorite Electronics store and purchase a wireless transmitter and receiver or you will have to run cable. Here are a few scenarios. One should work.

With any of these options, you will need a "splitter" It will turn a single cable line into two

1. Although the outlet is in the living room, the Cable might enter the house from the outside some place more convenient. look for the cable coming from the street and connecting to the exterior of your house. anyplace that the original cable is joined together can be separated and a splitter can be installed so you can run a cable from it to your room

The cable company will be able to install an extra outlet. If you are on a satellite system, speak with someone at Radio Shack. They should carry cable to extend the original cable length. Measure before you go so that you get enough of it. If you lack a yardstick, one may 'walk it off' allowing for a foot per shoe give or take a few feet and you will KNOW how much you'll need.

It is a federal violation to attempt to access cable without paying the extra fee (usually a few dollars extra per month).

Find a cordless drill and bit the same size as the connector head on your cable cord. Then drill a hole in the corner of the room through the wall.Or if you have a crawl-space go into it and find the most convienient route to make it into your bedroom.I personally drilled through the shhetrock in my house because the holes are really easy to fix and it was the best route to take, the coaxial cable was out of the way when I ran it against the base of the walls....Good Luck

All you need is a long cable. You run it all the way to your room....Connect it there. Tap or tack it along the wall so you don't trip on it. They sell long cable and the t.v. will work great. Good luck.
