Honestly, that is sick. Torture is just plain wrong. If you enjoy pain and discomfort, then you can cause that without inflicting actual tissue damage. Needles are dangerous anyway do to the possibility of infection.
Wear what you want. Just don't submit to anything that is dangerous. I hope you can trust your girlfriend.
