the "outlook occupational handbook" has a HUGE number of jobs listed, do a search for it.
it includes: wages, education requirements (if any i guess), nature of the job, etc. it's really helpful, give it a shot.

other than that nothing legal will ever pay good working under someone at entry level

I would suggest to get into the Health & Wellness profession. Today's society is more health conscious than ever. There is one well respected company that we got involved with that is based in Pleasanton, CA. They invented the world's first multi-vitamin. And after fifty years continues to be the very best.
