It sounds like it...if you're going for the natural look then don't wear anything.

It all depends on the colors you wear. If a person who looks at you can't list the products/colors you are wearing, then you are wearing the right amount of make up in the right manner.
On any given day most people (who know how to apply make up correctly) would wear the following items:
Concealer, foundation, powder, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lip liner, lipstick, lip gloss
The trick is to wear them all so that they blend with your features and make you look polished and natural rather than heavily "made up"
Also, that you look at yourself in natural light after applying make up - and then ask a friend or two what they think. Then you will know for sure!

Too much make-up is when it looks:
-- harsh
-- plastered on
-- tacky
-- thick and pasty
As long as it just (in a subtle way) highlights and provides defining features, don't worry about how many different products you use. Again, used in moderation, and if the only thing people can pick up is -- tasteful lip and eye color, but gorgeous facial features... consider yourself a great make-up artist!
A book like the following is really great, because it can show you how to use twice the amount you listed, but puts it together in such a way that it just looks like well defined natural beauty:
"The Ultimate Beauty Book" (Norton, Shapland & Wadeson, 1996)

Not at all
Go light on the blush and shadow in the day times, use a bronzer if you have brown or black tones, but if youre fair skinned you can use peach blush too , just barely put it on your cheek bones
lip gloss : don't go too glossy, get a tint, don't go with sparkle unless you're going out
Origins gloss is good for this
eyeliner need to be minimal on top a little or on bottom a little, but you have to balance it with a lighter shadow

Since you're wearing very natural colors, it should be fine. As for the eyeliner, it should be fine also, but make sure it's not too heavily applied--not too too thick of a line, and not too too black. If you want to go more natural, you can skip the eyeliner and just go in for mascara. Also, you might want to choose one feature to highlight and then go easy on the rest. For instance, you can choose to play up your eyes a bit, but then tone down the lip color and blush. I assume you're using neutral eyeshadow and a very light application of blush... it depends also on the occasion, whether you're going somewhere nice or are just wearing it casually; but for casually, I think you're fine.

Depends on what it looks like. It is very possible to wear all what you are wearing and still look very natural. I wear foundation, blush, eyeliner, shadow, lip liner, lip color and then an overgloss. People sometimes tell me I'm lucky I don't need makeup!

It depends on how you wear it and what colors you wear! In my opinion you can wear all the make up in the world but if you wear natural colors that look good and if you effing BLEND then your fine! There are way to many girls that cake their foundation on and dont blend and they wear the wrong color so they look fake and just weird! If you think you look good and the make up you put on gives you confidence then your probably fine, but it wouldnt hurt to get the opinion of a close friend or someone that you know that will be honest!

I think this amount seems just right. As long as your powder is well blended in and your eyes don't look like big black rivers then your good. But I would be so natural on the shadow. Bring it up a notch. It could make your eyes just pop tremendously.

As long as you dont look like a hooker or you are over doing it then who cares? I do my make up just because i like doing it and i can enhance my features with it. i use Foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, eyebrow pencil, blush and lipgloss and there is really not that much difference between the start and the finish because i keep it natural.

If you still look natural and it does not affect your complection (cause break outs) then I think it is fine. It is all in how it is applied. Also - so long as you don't mind having to do it all everyday! Would be good to post a picture - you would get honest feedback but, I'm sure some jerks would give smart comments you would have to ignore as well.

You should wear as much make-up as you feel comfortable with. I usually never leave the house without mascara and lip gloss. It makes me feel more confident. Don't worry about what other's think as long as you feel good about yourself.
