They'll hype it up till it's coming out of their ears BUT this one IS worth the hype............I would love the see the Patriots beat the living heck out of Manning but I'm not sure it's going to be all that easy this time........I heard they'll have a doctor on the sidelines for Manning..........His speciality is the Heimlich Manuever........CAT

The Colts have no pressure and really nobody expects them to make it to the superbowl, and the reason is they have a feeling that the Colts D the last two games has been an exception rather than the rule and nobody outside of Indiana really expects them to win. This week we will all hear the story lines Brady vs Manning, Vinateri playing against the Pats in the playoffs, but we will hear more about how the Colts D wont come out to play this game and how the offense has struggled in the playoffs. Experts Picks will be the Pats, but the smart money rests on the Colts to win by 6.

Yea, the hype machine was built for matchups like this. Most of the time I'd probably believe that the hype will be a bit excessive, but you could not have picked a more compelling story for the AFC Championship game. At a time when these two perennial powers seemed to be fading, they both pulled off upsets. The Vinatieri storyline just thickens the plot. If it does come down to the kicking game, which it may very likely do, then the hype will mean something because Vinatieri vs. Gostkowski? I've got Vinatieri every time.
You didn't mention the other hype factor. This time New England has to come into Indy. They've won there before but not in the playoffs obviously. With home field and Vinatieri's leg, I'd be crazy not to pick the Colts.

It seems like the Patriots and Brady find a way to win. They go to San Diego (14-2), who has the league's best runner and a hot QB and they still win.
Manning and the Colts won't win this match-up either. As for Vinatieri, the Colts will probably need more than late field goals to beat the Patriots.

This one's going to get hyped more than the superbowl. (Superbowl kind of crappy last few years) I think the Patriots will win this one.
