Ok my husband is stationed in Japan and on a ship, it is our first anniversary and I have no idea what to get him. He is a tech person but I really do not know what he can and can not have on the ship. I bought him a really nice watch for Christmas. For valentines I got him a speaker contraption that plays his mp3 player. Our anniversary is in March but it takes about 6 weeks to get to him, so I have to mail and buy now. He is apart of a biker group called Rough Riders but I have bought all their stuff for him. OK so I am out of ideas. You know these guys live and love to get packages, so I send him stuff ALL the time, so i need something really special.

First it has to be small because he doesn't have alot of room on the ship for storage of personal items. My husband suggested the Harley Davidson Special Edition Buck Knife. My husband has the FLSTF Fat Boy knife. It comes in a hard case. And I have to say it looks really cool. Their made especially for Harley Davidson. The blade folds up into the wheels. Now that is his suggestion. Mine is that you have someone video and record you saying something special to him and also include the kids too. Then when he comes home...Smile...well I will leave that up to you. The other bikes that the knife is designed as are:
Road King
Heritage Softail
Fat Boy
Heritage Springer
Ultra Classic Electra Glide
You can ask your local Harley Davidson Dealer or Knife Retailer about this HD Collectible from United Cutlery Brands

Since your husband stationed in Japan on a ship, start sending him love letters and if there is a way to send a tape of your voice, mail it.

Put together some pictures of you two and the family. I am sure he misses all of you right now. Also so fill a notebook with everything he has been missing so he can feel more caught up. Leave the last page blank and write on the top "more memories to be made with you"

How about something that reminds him of your first date, or another special time you had together? First anniversaries can be used for reminiscing and great memories - shoot from the heart!
