so when i push in on my stomach and i feel beats those are mine? right?

Those are yours. All those saying there are layers of stuff between your skin surface and the baby are right. If still in doubt do this.. put one hand on your abdomen and 2 fingers on the pulse in your neck.. if they're pretty much the same it proves to you that it's yours.. Also remember that a baby's heart rate can range from 120 - 180, so unless you just ran a marathon, if you can count it, it's yours!

yes, that is your heart beat. your blood flow is higher because it's supporting you and a baby. i know they can pick up the beart beat of the placenta with the doppler, so maybe you are feeling that. there is too much cushioning around the baby for you to be able to feel the little heartbeat.

There is alot of fluid and muscle between you and the baby. Even if the baby was almost full term you couldn't feel the heartbeat.

hmm i have that too, im thinking those are mine just because the baby is still so little but Im not so sure.
