You may be able to do this in google. But if you want to do calculations then here's how: 5 foot 3 inches. 1 foot is 12 inches. So 5 foot is 60 inches. So it is 60 inches 3 inches. The total is 63 inches. Now you have to convert 63 in. to cm. I think 1 in. is 2.54 cm. So 2.54 cm/1 inch times 63 inches/1. The inches cancels leaving you with cm. Do the math and you get 160.02 inches. To double check, go to google and type without the quotes "63 inches to cm". It should give you the answer at the top of the page.

1 mm (millimeter) equals to 0.1 cm (centimeters).

Multiple 300 mm by 0.1 cm/mm.

You get 30 cm.
