Our local paper did a long interview a while back with a woman who wanted to go nude in public. She already did the clothing optional beaches and the nudist resorts. Her lawsuit came when she was mowing her yard, in the nude, and got arrested. Interesting that NONE of the neighbors would file a complaint against her. But the law is the law. She argued in court that (a) because of Barbi, every person in American knows what a woman looks like with her clothes off (something I never thought of, but true!) and (b) because of porn, everyone knows what a female, any age, looks like. She concluded that God made woman last, because she was perfection. So why is everyone offended by the female body? There was no more articles on the outcome of the trial. And when I called and asked, no one called back.
If the law was changed, would you go nude in public if you wanted to? On Star Trek they talked about this issue where all women on one planet were nude so no man would lust after them.

Oh hell yea I would do it. I dont think I would stop my lust for women though. Unless they all looked llike Janet Reno or Rosie Odonnel. Them two whould scare buzzards off a gut truck. I actually got arrested once in Miami for being naked. Heres some free advice: before you go to one of them nude beaches be sure you not at the Blue Atlantic Golf Resort by mistake. They sure made my life a hell for about six weeks picking up garbage every weekend after my hearing. Who would have thought the mayors wife would happen to be at that beach that day taking pictures with some dang ole sea turtles laying eggs or something. I'm gonna write a book someday.

I don't think I would, were the law to be changed. I'm not an exhibitionist by nature, so it wouldn't really be enjoyable to me. In my town a few years ago the law was changed so women could go about completely topless (they argued that men can do it, so not allowing them is sexist). The only thing that changed, really, is occasionally (and I do mean very occasionally) there will be a woman tanning topless. Conservatives and the religious right opposed it vehemently, saying it would lead to women "trolling the streets," crime, lewd behavior and an increase in rape.
None of these things happened. People tend to be "offended" by nudity because it makes them embarrased about their own bodies. This stems from the Puritainist roots of our society and legal system, and the pressure an appearance-heavy media has placed on looking "perfect." So, until we can get past that, I don't see the country turning into a nudist colony.

You gave permission to take the photos... Since you are over 18 and he knows it he didnt need to ask for ID. He can refuse to delete the photos if he choses,as long as he doesnt post them in public there is nothing you can do about him having the photos. Since you had no written contract then the negatives remain the property of the photographer unless he agrees to sell them to you.. Put simply you never pose nude without a specific written contract...

nudity isn't wrong, shameful, or scary.
I see nothing wrong with nudist colonies, but I understadn some don't want to see everyone being naked. there has to be some middle ground.
I think things should be more gender netral however- if guys can have shirts off, so can females. breasts are baby food, not sexual body parts
