I write, and make song lyrics, like this one

Sometimes I confide in you toomuch
tell you everything I think you should know
My thoughts,
My dreams,
My life's not quite what it seems.
These tears are for the days
that have ravaged this sould to pieces

(chorus)
Life's unfair,
no one understands what I know.
Walk a mile in these shoes,
they may be too big for you.
Life's unfair,
With smiles and hate.
A day of me,
then you'll see.

What if I died tomorrow,
what would you do?
Sometimes what people say get me down,
you say "don't let it get to you"
What else is there to do?
A star shines in the sky,
when I leave, will you remember
that once was in my eye?

(chorus)
Life's unfair,
no one understands what I know.
Walk a mile in these shoes,
they may be too big for you.
Life's unfair,
With smiles and hate.
A day of me,
then you'll see.

You said you loved me but you lied.
I really hope you choke,
on every word you spoke.
You stabbed my back,
never thought I'd know,
But is was about as easy to see,
as this pen i hold.

(chorus)
Life's unfair,
no one understands what I know.
Walk a mile in these shoes,
they may be too big for you.
Life's unfair,
With smiles and hate.
A day of me,
then you'll see.

This smile, that everyone sees,
Do you know, that it's not really me?

its called everything under your bed knows your deep dark secrets

i let the feelings have their motion,
letting go is releasing the emotion
which needs to flow, there is plenty of time
to be cheery ~ sometimes sadness needs
to be expressed so it lay not inside the psyche
to cause havoc running through the psychology
during key moments of triggering a release,
over flowing emotions all at once
where you are more confused rather than
letting go sadness with attention....

Drive across the state to Naples Florida, chill out on the beach for a few days.... till the sadness melts away and I regain my happy, blissful drooling smile...

When I am sad, I talk to my friends on the phone. I invite them over to my place or I will go and visit them. Often it is my loneliness that makes me sad.

Focus on anything else to get an outside perspective. Or sleeping is always good. It worked for me today!

Play music or pop in my favorite movie. Sometimes I call my Mom. Mom's seem to be a cure all sometimes.
