baking soda is a mild abrasive that can clean your teeth. Use enough hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. The peroxide will help break up the plague. the combination will lead to whiter teeth.

Okay remember that no one has really white teeth naturally.

Anyways, things will make your teeth stained like: tea, candy, coffee, pop, ect.

To make your teeth white over time without expensive whiteners that often make teeth too white, use regular old baking soda. When you go to brush your teeth put on your tooth paste and some baking soda on over the paste.

It doesn't taste the greatest but trust me it'll pay off.

Good luck hun :D

Ok, brush your teeth with a paste mix of
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/8 tsp. Salt
And enough water for it to turn into a paste.

Do it every day and you will see results in 2-5 days.

Crest has that new whitening mouth wash - it tastes bad and foams in your mouth, but it works - other than that you could try whitening strips or get a professional whitening from your dentist
