Lately I have been having dreams where the people i love have been dying. what does that mean?

the night before last i was on a set of bleachers and the bleachers caved in and everyone died except for me. and last night i had a dream that i was on a ship and my brother died

The dreams may just mean that your life is going to change--I wouldn't worry about all of those people dying--our dreams play tricks on us.

If it were me, I might stay away from bleachers and ships for a while (just as a precaution), but I'm sure your dreams are either meaningless or trying to tell you something else.
