Don't you know how happy you are when you dances even you don't have viewer it still fun and besides dancing creates another personality? The movable side of a person and the more you do it the more you discover that you can have your own style that's it not only the body, the spirit but of course as long with your mind!!! I "shake it up" every weekend for years. I had a waist line, firm legs. Now I have not been dancing in a couple of years. No more Abs, flabby calves. It has to be good for your physical health and certainly your mental health.

It is great exercise; most forms of dance provide a very intense workout, but dancing is so much fun that you're not aware of how hard you're working. One thing to watch out for is injury, though, since dancers are prone to that. Make sure that you're properly warmed up, and know your limits.

yes, dancing is good for your health, physically and mentally, and probably helps spiritually, too. (considering it is a form of spiritual expression)
everyone i know that dances is healthy and happy...those that perform (professionally/semi-pro) in dance are very healthy and happy
