NO. A hernia is not a lump on a testicle. That could be a cyst or a growth, including cancerous tissue. A hernia is when the abdominal cavity wall fails and part of the intestines penetrates outside the cavity wall--this would be a bulge, usually at the area around the penis base. A bulge into the scrotum could be a hernia, but the testicles would be separate from it.

I know for sure a hernia can be mistaken for a lump on a testicle, because I had an inguenal hernia, and it really freaked me out when I discovered it.
Time to get a physical.

Plz note this test for hernia make a little cuf and c at ur pubis if there is any round bump appears it means u have hernia otherwise not. Hope this will satisfy.

The lump on the tesicle may be a hernia, yes. My friend had one.

yes it can be mistaken, for a hernia my cousion had that an they thought it was a hernia turned out it wasent it was a tumor
