It only really work if you have one of those hand-held shower heads and high water pressure. You aim it at your clitoris. It's really good, but I don't have a shower head like that at home. =o(
Just don't aim it up your vagina, as you can damage things with the high water pressure.

Its possible and threat free. Water on my own hasn't ever finished it for me, regardless of the reality that.
