In legend of zelda twilight princess once you beat the game can you go back and get the other things?

like heart pieces,poe souls, and go back to the fishing hole?

Nope. The last place you can save is before the big boss door--the game doesn't register that you beat it.

Once you defeat Ganon, it doesn't let you save. It'll keep on letting you go back and defeat him though.

You can still go fishing and capture poes...I've been for a while now just running around.
