Well, I hate to tell you this but the only solution I can think of is to lose more often. Seriously, the more you get used to it, the easier it gets.

Ask your close friends or family members to play games with you (board games, sports, whatever you like), but tell them NOT to go easy on you. They need to play to win.

If they do win, you probably will feel disappointed. That's a normal and OK feeling. But if you start to feel angry or vengeful, tell yourself "Hey... this is my friend (or sister, or whatever) and this person cares about me. This person is not trying to make me feel weak. This is a game, and I will be ok even though I did not win the game."

The more often that you do this, the easier it gets. Really!

Stretch more before you lose - then you won't be sore!
J/K.
Just asking this question puts you on the right track, just bite your lip when you lose and hold back what you "want" to say. If anything, just challenge them to a rematch.

by trying to change the way you feel when this happen
you need to tell your self that you can win every time, its OK to feel dishearten when you don't win, but you shouldn't really let it get you so don't, and decide to be positive and say OK i lost and why did i lose and try and work on your game so next time you a re a bit closer to winning till when you do win you can say
yes i deserved that
good luck

Stop telling your self your going to win. You are just taking a change if you win great. If not you'll do better next time.

Don't loose!
We learn through pain and what you are experiencing is the pain of loosing. It is educational and is designed to stop you from making the same mistakes again.
Don't compete if you cannot stand loosing.
