I need a way to sneak out of my house or get out of the house for a whole night.
1. i thought about saying i'm staying at a friend's house but if i'll be out all night and my parents expect to see me there in the morning, how do i get back in her house?
2. another way is sneaking out, but i live on the 2nd floor......
any tips? please.?

How about not sneaking out? OK, I'm a parent here, but I can tell you, we always find out stuff like this, and if you REALLY want to get into trouble, go ahead and sneak out. It's very irresponsible anyway, you'll freak your parents out and cause them alot of grief and worry. I did this when I was a kid, my dad caught me and I was grounded for a month!!

You need to NOT sneak out. Until your 18th birthday, your parent(s)/legal guardian(s) are legally responsible for you. It would be unfair to them to mislead them into thinking you are in the safety of your/their home, which is what you would be doing if you left. They are trying to protect you from what you are trying to get involved in and other, more serious things, too. I expect that you can be a good girl/daughter. If you can't, don't go crying on Yahoo! Answers that your folks put you on restriction.

If it's the second floor of an apartment I cant help you but if its a house than try leaving out the door or window downstairs away from parents room.

If your parents don't want you out for some reason, its probably a good one. I would trust their judgement. Besides even if you "sneak" out. Parents have a great radar for that kind of stuff. They will most likely find out anyway.

If you're not comfortable with lying a rope ladder might be the best solution

say you are going to a BFF's house, and ask her to cover for you if you mom calls and says can i talk to her. you are going to have to explain the situation to her and everything. just be back to your house in the morning, saying that your friend's mom dropped you off at the end of your street becase she was in a hurry.
