It depends on what you want to focus on.
an MBA will give you a business foundation that can prove to be helpful should you decide to pursue a management job at a phamaceutical company or a healthcare company, or even opening up your own pharmacy.
A PhD will suit you better if you want a career in research and development.

AS U PURSUE UR BSC IN pc I propose U to flow for MSC pc BCOZ there is HEAP OF MCA AND MBA students................ SO U do not favor lost UR SELF IN THAT HEAP.......... AFTER MSC U were given job IN BSNL OR IN some authorities company LIKE DRDO ISRO etc OR practise IN some college.............. IF U do not favor MSC THEN flow for MCA............... yet do not flow for MBA BCOZ UR LINE IS TECHNICAL MCA is likewise TECHNICAL BELONG TO pc SO do not flow for MBA IN company LINE........... SO flow for MSC IN pc

If the former, then take your GMAT; if the latter then go post-grad.
