Things I've found helpful:
- find a good teacher and group if possible, the support of others is invaluable.
- try to let go of your expectations for meditation, see if you can just observe them instead.
- remember there is no 'right' meditation experience, merely the practise of meditating. congratulate yourself for even making the effort.
- try to take a long term view of the benefits of meditation, and be aware that you might not notice the subtle changes that are occurring for you until you look back and see how you've changed.
- consider your motivation for meditating. Generally a vast motivation, such as wishing to be of benefit to others, will be more effective than a narrow motivation, such as material gain for oneself.
- remember that everyone who has ever meditated has had the same thoughts you are having.
- don't give up!

if your going in to meditation looking for a direct outcome it will not happen.. you need to go into meditation with the mind set of it is your time and how you want to spend it to look deeper into your self and apply what you learn in this time!
You may not be meditating correctlly! Have you tried the pink bubble technique? That may help you!
Do you have a spirt guide to help guide you through your meditations?
How did you learn about him? does that have any connections with your waking life?
try going to your place with a question for your inner being.. Ask them What am i suppose to learn right now! accept the answer thank your inner being ...
Just keep doing it! try not to see it as 15 minutes or what not a day gone!
But also remember Maybe Meditation isn't for you! maybe you need an active release? or more of a socail release? What ever it is none of it will stay with you they switch around and sometimes at certain times of your life your ready for something and later on your not ready any more!
Best of luck!

Have you had any formal instruction--or read any good books on meditation? Some community colleges actually have 3 credit courses in meditation. The public library is full of books by various types of people on meditation.
You truly have to focus on something, and put everything else out of your mind. It is supposed to be great at relieving stress, and freshening you up mentally.
Check out the library, the web, relaxation tapes, etc. I wish you luck in achieving inner peace.

Different forms of meditation report different benefits. However, all account for lower blood pressure, lower pulse rates, decreased stress. Your increased anger appears to be resulting from a comparison...usually not a great thing to increase calm. Most meditation relies on both attending and not attending simultaneously...so you might want to try and let go of the results.

Its supposed to calm you down and help you relax. It helps the mind to focus and gets rid of unwanted thoughts. Keep at it. You may not be seeing the benefits, but they may still be there.
