There are many marinas that you can live on from May to Oct. some also offer space for live aboard during winter. But I wouldn't call them affordable unless you have a large wallet. I myself have a power boat that I keep at a yacht club here in Boston. I would suggest a club if your looking for affordable. Some of the clubs are the Savin Hill Yacht Club , which has many sail boats, Dorchester Yacht Club, Old Colony Yacht Club South Boston Yacht Club, Winthrop Yacht Club, Quincy acht Club, and Town River Yacht Club, there are more but these are some of the better ones in Boston Harbor. If do want private check out Marina Bay in Quincy and Constitution Marina in Charlestown
