I heard about this check sheet or something that some psychologist made, your supposed to put a rating next to some questions, and it's meant to figure out how bad a persons depression is in any given day. I know they use it for studys like for month long kinda things. Do you know what sheet I'm talking about? I really need some help finding it, thanks

Yes, I know which diagnostic test you are talking about. I suspect it would be found only at a specialists office. It's not anything you can study for or try to beat if that's what you're thinking about doing. It's merely a tool.

are you talking about a structured interview for depression? when doing an intake, many therapists use a predetermined set of questions with a ranking system in order to make a diagnosis, which then guides them in making treatment recommendations
