Sounds like my periods, except mine won't go away with Ibuprofen or Midol! Mine are so bad that I can't walk, I get horrible cramps in my back and stomach, I get diarrhea, hot flashes, and I do throw up every time and it hurts so bad I cry! I started to get really bad periods at age 14. I went to the gynecologist and they had to do a pap smear, just to check and make sure everything was ok (which it was) and they gave me birth control pills. The pills regulated my period and made my periods lighter and they didn't hurt as bad. It also cleared my skin up. Sometimes it can be genetic also (like if your mom or grandma had bad periods, you most likely will too.) There probably isn't anything wrong with you. You are probably just one of the unfortunate people, like myself, who have horrible periods!

Good luck!

Hi I used to have the same problems go tell your parents or whoever and have them take you to a gynecologist and they will give some medicine that really will help that alot...I wish i could remember the name but i can't....IF you can't afford it then take a heating pad curl up into a ball, on your side that your hurting the worst .... put a towel over your groin or abnomin or back then put the heating pad on low. Lay your heating pad over that towel .... now this should start to ease your pain...then every 4-6 hours take 2 ibprofin....when you feel like your gonna puke eat just a little saltine cracker or drink some cool water slowly....not ice cold water if this doesn't help in a week call doctor...

Ask your mom to take you to the doctor. You may have endometriosis which is a condition where the same cells that line the inside of your uterus get implanted other places in your pelvis and sometimes in your abdomen. These implants bleed during your period just like your uterus, but unlike your uterus there is nowhere for the blood to go so it causes scarring and adhesions on your insides. It can be an extremely painful condition. The treatment for this condition can be as simple as taking birth control pills on a continous basis. That will probably be the first thing your doctor will try.

I have had endo for years now. It really sucks and it hurts a lot but with treatment you can manage the symptoms and things DO get a lot better. Please go to the doctor and get this taken care off. There is no reason to suffer!

That's how I used to get too. Everytime I had my period, my cramps hurt so bad I would puke! The symptoms you have sound EXACTLY how I was. I went to the doctor, and she put me on birth control pills, it helped ease the cramps A LOT! She also gave me a prescription for Tylenol3.. to take just in case!

Also putting a heat pad over that area always helps ease the pain a bit too!! But my advice is to go see the doctor

My cousin used to get cramps that bad each time she had her period as well, always throwing up too. You just need to find something to help you feel comfortable at that time of the month. I am not sure if the doc can give you any meds to stop the severity of the cramps other than getting on the birth control pills, which are supposed to lesson cramps. (But in my experience, mine are just as bad as when I wasn't on the pill)

Although the other answers are interesting, scientifically, periods hurt so bad because of the strong uterine contractions that are similar (though very mild) to labor contractions. Basically, when you are menstrating, you are expelling the necrotic (or dead) lining of the uterus. During your cycle, blood fills the tissues there to prepare for an embryo. If no embryo attaches, the body simple pushes all the blood and swollen tissue out of the body. This requires the uterus to contract strongly so that no necrotic tissue remains and causes an infection. These contractions are painful mostly because they are involuntary and we can't say "Ok, I am going to push now" and mentally prepare ourselves for it. Some women feel cramps all down their legs and lower back. This is because of the paracrine agents that are released alongside the ovarian hormones. It sucks, but heating pads, Midol, and ice cream can fix even the worst cramps! If your cramps are severe enough to interfere with your daily life, see your gynocologist/PCP to see if monophasic birth control could be helpful to you.

Totally common. I had the same experiences with my own period. I actually fainted while paying for my groceries at a super market. (yikes!) The pain was REALLY REALLY bad. I went on birth control and I have 0 cramps now. Speak to your doctor - there may be something else going on though.

Nothing is wrong with you..I went through this throughout middle school into highschool...I was constantly at the nurses office..going home...getting sick to my stomache..you name it i was in pain..I found the best home remedy ever..for this cramping pain every month..I highly recommend getting a kitchen dishtowel..wetting it with water..than squeeze it out..wrap it in saran wrap ..put it in the microwave for two to three minutes..than wrap it in a towel..put it on your stomache and it will help your cramps so much..Take ibprofin two days before your cycle starts..that will help the flow also..thanks..good luck

That seems like a normal period to me. Use a heating pad and excercise......it helps somewhat. For the nausea i drink ginger tea....i mean cut up a real piece of ginger boil it, put a little sugar for taste and drink it. It's really good and it helps. If you think it's really bad get checked out by a doctor to make sure everything is okay.

bad hormones. I went thru that until I had my first child. It hurt so bad I couldnt move and I wished I could just cry or die or something. I ended up seeing a doctor and getting a mild birth control pill (that helped to some extent)
