You need to see a fertility specialist. I had mine clamped which is a little easier to 'undo'. They can fix cut and burnt tubes but there is no guarntee that you'll get pregnant.
Your doctor should have made 100% certain that you'd never want another child no matter what circumtances came up. I waited 2 years after my 3rd child's birth so I could be certain I wouldn't want another one.
Have you and your new husband dicussed adoption if your tubal can't be reversed? Leave your options open so that you won't be more disappointed later on.
Good luck

The very best doctor to untie womens tubes is that of:
Dr. Richard Levin and his website is at http://www.babies-by-levin.com
I know of 5 people (Friends & family) that went to him and all became pregnant in a year. So you should really check this doctor out. He has a payment plan too.
Click on testimonials from other women that had their tubes burnt and clamped and became pregnant. You have nothing to lose so check him out. Good luck

Ignore other people. You are the one who are caring for these children and you know your limits, in terms of strength, emotion, resources and finances. Good for you. Keep in mind that if you completely change your mind in the future, there are options such as a tubal reversal or IVF. While not 100%, they are generally pretty effective options. I can't take the regular pill either. I ended up hospitalized the first time with the 'irregular heart rate' that you mention. While I'm not glad to hear that you had that complication, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one. I've never met anybody else who had such complications from the pill. Finally, I should point out that you should do some research on post tubal complications. Many doctors poo-poo this (don't get me started on the disrespect accorded to women by many gynecologists), but in fact, there are some women who have had to have their tubals reversed because of the tremendous problems they were having (and insurance paid for it because of this, so obviously, some doctors know of this). Most women have no problems, however.

About 70% of women who undergo a tubal reversal will have at least 1 tube reconn reconnected. Of those who get the use of 1 or both tubes back about half go on to get pregnant. Of those, 6% are ectopic and must be terminated. The current rate of success for IVF is about 30%. Insurance probably won't pay for either. If it were me, I would try the tubal reversal first.

Tube reversal is not that great in terms of success rate. Also, you end up with a very high ectopic pregnancy complication rate.
Safest way to have more kids would be adoption. Good luck.
