take weird al for instance, have you ever heard the song "Canadian Idiot" (remake of greendays "American Idiot").....but doesnt everybody make fun of them

i dont think they are weird at all. just lame. we ought to lob a nuke up that direction just to let everyone in the world know just how unstable we really are. maybe bomb mexico also.

I don't usually hear people saying Canadians are weird, mainly because I live in Canada and am Canadian. Though I CAN see people saying we're weird.
Oh, and there have been 19 Canadian Nobel prize winners. Not bad for a country with such a low population. Canadians have also invented many tings, but have sold patents to others, such as the telephone and the lightbulb.

Hey I am Canadian and I think we have just as many weird people here as any other country. We are just more polite and we don't like all the fuss. We prefer to keep our skeletons in the closet. Thank you for your interest.

I've never heard any of that. Canadians are about the friendliest and cordial people on the planet. I am not Canadian, and that is my own shortcoming.

sorry canadians arn't weird. they have given us many great actors, singers, and other great people. it is like the north calling us southerners inbreed idoits. it is some one that they can call stupid with out them fighting back easily so people don't see how stupid they are themselves.

people make fun of them because many Americans believe that Canada has enjoyed a lot of prosperity due to the fact that it has the u.s. as its neighbor. That while the U.S. is fighting wars and cementing itself as the last world power Canada is tagging behing and picking up the leftovers.

americans think anything thats different is "weird" ..its not necessarily weird..its just just very different ..compared to over here..
