for all purpose anchor i use a Bruce 33 with 20 feet of chain for my 30 foot sail boat.
when i sleep that night, i don't worry about dragging anchor, of course i make dam sure the hook is well set!

Unique idea. But it'll never float! :D So I'll suggest that you start up a sculpting class for up-and-coming metal-sculptors. You sell them the material rather cheap and request a 10-20% fee if any of their art works that sell.

I have a 40ft cruiser I use a 20 # Danforth ... as long as I set it
properly It works very well on all bottoms and conditions .
Go to West Marine they have many and they also advise
on how to use them

"BRUCE" anchors are the best but, who can afford them, or should I say "Afford to lose them", I use a "Danforth" type, anchor scope should be 7 to1 (10' of water= 70' feelt of line out), always carry a LARGER anchor as a spare.
