some country artists i enjoy are toby keith, tim mcgraw, allan jackson, and carrie underwood. If your looking for a techno type of music thats not too far out there, i'd consider hellogoodbye. They are a kind of alternative band with a techno feel.

Hellogoodbye is kindof a pop/techno-ish type band... check out their song "here in your arms"(the regular version is much better than the remix) on www.purevolume.com/hellogoodbye. i like it anyways.also "the bonnie taylor shakedown 2k4" is good. most of their stuff is pretty techno. theyre great. i like them anyways.. as for country music, check out taylor swift, kenny chesney, keith urban, phil vassar, anything like that is great
