Currently there is no second season to OHSHC. And there haven't been any official news released by bones or any other people involved with production that there would be more episodes made. But, although it's unlikely since usually if more episodes are to be made it's announced rather quickly, there is still a small chance that more episodes could appear. This all depends on how large a fanbase Ouran has in Japan and maybe with how large a fanbase here as well. From time to time, though not a whole lot, there will be enough fandom to merit more episodes.
